Very helpful for all Dialog users. It makes it easy to check usage, recharge, and manage plans. However, it has some issues. Sometimes, it doesn’t accept card payments, and there are errors when loading usage details or plans. If these bugs are fixed, it would be a nice one. Still, it’s useful for basic tasks and worth having as a Dialog user.

Absolute bollocks this thing. A load of cow dung. Extremely bad experiences & they only keep getting worse. The only good thing is that the payment gateway is fast & easy. When the app works it's tolerable, but most of the time, it doesn't work. Most of the time I just see the Data/Voice/SMS section & nothing else. When I refresh, the refresh ball keeps rotating! They're customer service keeps blurting out that they're releasing new updates. Load of hogwash!

I will not recommend Dialog to anyone. The connection is not stable, even after they fixed the external unit for signal capture. I have been using Dialog for more than three years, but their customer support has not been up to standard in the past few months. I sent them an email requesting the removal of my previous mobile installment data from the Dialog app so I could install it on a new phone. Customer care assured me it would be resolved within 24 hours, but they still haven't fixed it.

Once again, not working. "Unable to load resources.. ", "Oooops something went wrong..." and so on. Just like Dialog's internet provision overall in my area, it is painfully slow, unreliable and just seems to go from bad to worse. The app is so amateur in its performance that it seems to have been developed for free as a middle-school project! The one-star rating is too generous.

App is very very slow. It takes a long time just to check the data balance. 👎 Update: I still cant believe why Dialog still cannot develop this app to run smoothly. Now it has got worse. I cannot check my data balance at all. One of the worst apps. 30/11/2023 - App is blank. Nothing can be viewed. 12/11/2024 - Again, app is blank nothing can be performed.

This app was working just fine and doing its job perfectly. Very recently, I have been unable to add any additional data pack (Ex: social media). The app produces an error, always, and the screen gets frozen. So, I tried to get the support of DIA, but there is no difference. If possible, pls help to connect an agent and get the issue sorted. Thanks.

been a dialog user since a long time and currently a home broadband router. This is the easiest way to get info abt your dialog connection , bills , packages and data balance ofc but this software sucks there is only a mobile version no pc at all. slow and a lot of bugs. The most annoying issue is that from time to time the app becomes unusable for a random reason with dialog which is an inconvenience for the customers. Dialogs needs to more attention on this software coz its there official app.

Buggy as hell. Inconsistency between UI element scales, pages outright crash and goes back to home page, elements doesn't load up, high power consumption and the slowest app on my phone. To be fair it's just like dialog internet connection speed. If dialog wasn't this monopoly I'd rather have bought a hutch sim. Wait it's useless, dialog bought that too. How fast should my phone be to run this app smoothly? A supercomputer? Alright it's fine but why on earth can't I just use developer options?
