I've had this app for about a month, and it's already giving me issues. It takes a long time to launch, logs me out when I'm offline, and the worst part is it doesn't reflect the promos I'm subscribed to. I registered to HACKS10 this morning, and it doesn't show; I loaded an Unli50 2 days ago, and though I can use it, it still doesn't show on the app! Even when I connect to wifi and refresh the app, nothing changes. I have no way of monitoring my data and have to dial the *143. Please fix this!

Great app. Offers a lot and exclusive load promos. I just don't like about it was when after it's update recently and I was trying to buy load promo here, it always say "Something went wrong, Come back later". So after a while I tried buying promo again, and the same message. But then I received a text message that my number was successfully loaded with the promo. I checked my binded e-wallet with it and the bill was deducted TWICE. So I checked my data with the app, to see only one promo added.

When it's not malfunctioning, the app is relatively easy to use and navigate. You save on transaction fees from loading directly in the app vs. loading from the GCash app. Sadly, the app has been no use to me for a few weeks now. Even if I'm logged in, I am unable to redeem Rewards or load. Getting the error that my number is invalid.

App is definitely useful for urgent access on needed services. But, is also glitchy on payment processes causing inconveniences. Load balance also doesn't correctly reflect on the app. I am subscribed to one of their promos, and hours before it's due, I tried to avail their GoLONGER through the app. To my surprise, I received a text message saying that my load have expired... beyond my knowledge, it was because the promo did not take effect on my number immediately.

I have downloaded this app to track my mobile usage, as well as numerous other reasons, and overall it is decent. However, there are problems needed to be addressed. Such as, Globeone application should be available to use offline, as it has a feature to purchase loans, promos, and free load using any points You have in your account. This is not the case. Second, the UI is somewhat buggy, but overall, it is manageable, and other issues.

For me, it's a good app if you want to keep track of how much you have left on your data balance. However I have a problem, everytime I load my sim card there's no reward points that is being given to me, I hope globe fix this issue because back then, it works then suddenly it just stopped giving me points. My final review for this app is 4 stars

It's always down. Logging in then it just automatically closes. It's been 3 days now. This is always bugged. Get another software developer. Baaad product. Still bad app. The data are not realtime. It shows you inaccurate info. Shows 10G avail for my data but it should show 18G based on my usage and text info message via *43# Useless app mostly. Cut the contract with the app developer. Reward points cannot be used to redeem data for emergency unlike before.

The app is good for tracking data and load balance but some data promos doesn't allow "Charge to own load" as mode of payment. Also absolutely hard to reach out to agents for Help support or to raise a repair ticket especially for GFiber prepaid wifi issues. The app says you can schedule same day repair within a certain time in the morning but when you choose, the available dates always take 2-3 days. It makes customers feel so helpless just to report an incident for internet issue.
