Very useful and easy. Two issues: 1.) Alert push notification is not capable to provide full timestamp post midnight, just the date. This is very basic standard requirement, please fix it ASAP. It impedes identification of events. 2.)rather works on cabled connection, as wifi with electricity interrupted would not reconnect anymore. I got no response here since 2020.

Very buggy app, and poor English. Can't upgrade firmware even though it find a newer version; Can't see all stored recordings (motion detection), or select & delete files on the SD card; Tilting phone to see full screen doesn't always respond. I'm trying to find 3rd party alternative.

With each electrical or internet interruption the camera device moves back to a default position and does not stay in the position it was aimed at. I basically have to recheck the position multiple times a day to ensure the camera is still in the preferred position! How can I rectify this?

Got a new phone tried to install to use my camera now asked for ridiculous permissions and sign up. All I needed before was camera information. I did finish sign up still upset about permissions but app works better than original did.

App doesn't open views. Keep reloading. Say there is a bug on the app and that I must upgrade. I see there is no new upgrade. Please sort out this issue. 🙄

The worst set up I have ever encountered. The cam isn't connecting to my WiFi and their customer service is unhelpful. What a complete waste of time and money.

It's a very unreliable app. I have to force stop ad open again the app for it to work 2min and then the same again and again. It's a very bad investment

Extremely unfriendly application. Very very bad support. I just waste 2 hr on call, was first in line and didn't reach tech support Bad product. Bad support. Low low quality
