Great little app. Helped plan our day. A little slow in updating our location, but we were not in any hurry so didn't care. I recommend this app and downloading the audio tour mp4s from their web site before you go so then you don't need to use the palace audio guides.

Very useful and well thought app, specially the map. The only issue is the background usage of the location service, which drains the battery, so I would recommend closing it when not using it.

Exceptionally good application to use as live guide and map. Integrating tickets made it even better. I was able to quickly pull up the tickets QR and use them at various scanners for entry. The app zoo planner will guide you along the same path as the yellow paws.

Problems with scanning that ticket and real-time navigation on the map which takes out 75% of the app's functionality. Remaining 25% goes for the nice UI

Worst application ever. Doesn't reserve time slots when you try to buy tickets, so it constantly resets. Keyboard doesn't show when inputting card details.

Got an error in the app after i made a ticket purchase. I got charged but i had no ticket saved in the app. I had to sort this out at the ticket service, at castle schonnbrunn...
