I love the bikes, but I'm really struggling with the app. Often just buffers/loads endlessly upon opening and doesn't show the map with bike locations etc. Need to close and re-open multiple times for it to properly load the map, which makes it a really frustrating user experience. Also not always v easy to spot where the designated parking spaces are.

Just downloaded the app and am looking forward to hiring a bike. On first impression, the app user experience is not ideal - the sheer number of pins obliterates sight of the map and makes scrolling around it clunky, verging on impossible at times. Perhaps you could make the pins into smaller dots?

This app and the entire system had become fraudulent. It is frustrating and not helpful. How can your parking location not be by any train station. When I pick up, I have to drive miles away to park. And meanwhile I will see other bikes parked in certain locations. When I want to park it prohibits me from parking. This will be my last patronage. It's awkward, irritating and frustrating. Rather than to help you get to your destination on time, you will have to go late, saddened with parking

Slowly added more and more charges onto the "free minutes" to the point where it's barely cheaper and then discretely changed the way they add free minutes on to your passes such that the free minutes are used secondarily and are hit with unlock fees should you have gotten to the end of your pass. The free minutes previously were used pre the ones in your pass, meaning no unlock fee. Another "eco" company slowly killing itself with greed

The app is really glitchy, and often won't display what areas are no parking zones until well into your journey. I've had bikes lock mid journey, bikes that won't lock up, been unable to finish rides as the app is buggy. Which all means you end up charged lots for faulty rides. All in all too much of a headache, better to pay more and use Lime. Customer service are also unwilling to acknowledge to issues with the app

Almost like thieves ! No transparency, they will find any way to charge you more and good luck with their very aggressive customer service, the app is unstable, really not user friendly, the bikes seats are always soggy with water, they are really sneaky on pricing and charges, and they have been increasing the price systematically almost every 2 weeks in the last few months, really not worth it

This app is extremely unreliable. It normally takes 3 or 4 attempts to hire a bike because every time you scan a bike the app crashes and you have to clear the caches. Also I cycled to greenwich and ended up being charged £15 for parking in a 'forbidden' area. I had no prompts or warnings that I was heading into a forbidden area, and even when I tried to park, it didn't tell me how much the penalty charge would be. It made a £3 journey an £18 one, absolutely disgusting.

Misleading pricing. Sure in theory it's still 10 mins free every day, but now doing literally 1 min ride per day costs 1.90 pound because of fees. It started great and it was affordable but now it's no better than any other service but the app is less reliable.
