4. To start with, one simply has to download and install the Club Mahindra app in their
Smartphone from their Play Store Account and log in with their email id. It is that simple to get started. The app is absolutely free to download.

The resorts are always full and you cannot book unless you have red or purple membership. As number of membership base increases going forward getting a slot becomes more difficult unless Mahindra increases the capacity, and in future even red may find difficulty finding slot. Also the affiliated resort are only for marketing you cannot book at affiliated property. I had a situation where we booked affiliated property directly and that particular resort did not have any booking from Mahindra.

I am not satisfied with late fees charges because when not I am using last 3 years any your services like hotel and any things why you are charging late fees when I am paying ASF regularly after non using your property. this is wrong way you are taking payment.

Booking any room is the most horrible experience. They try to find all methods to extract more money. Cannot book 2 Rooms even if you have availability and balance days. Rooms rarely available when you need it and the locations. Don't ever take club Mahindra membership. 👎 Response To Reply: I recently booked at your pondicherry property so you can find all my records. Further I had to pay extra for my adult son to stay in the same room as us but no extra bedding was provided but was charged.

Worst consumer product. There are so many T&Cs that you will never be able to book resort when required. If a waitlist is getting confirmed few days before travel, how are we supposed to plan our travel. You will never get any rooms available when you want. They also sell their inventory in OTAs apps. All resorts are in far location, no complementary breakfast, highly priced food and ever increasing annua chrges. Avoid taking membership and save your hard earned money.

No longer worth having Club Mahindra membership. As pointed out by many others, it is almost impossible to get firm reservations, (even with a Red tier) and plan a family vacation with any certainty. The Annual fee has become ridiculously high. Rules keep on changing to impose additional restrictions. In hindsight, a mistake to go for this. Looking to sell / surrender remaining membership.

Main concern is the increase in continuous increase in ASF amount every year which is not good. Also many a times one can't get his desirable resort as it is not available as per desired time. Also since all the resorts are at remote area one is totally depends upon the food & laundry provided by resorts which are too expensive. Otherwise all your resorts are very good & clean.

App. is very slow, always, so Slow... But have to use. Also, Still after 7 years no technical amendment to the App flow and speed! Pity. No satisfactory reply on the Email as well.

Unless you have a higher level of membership (like purple and red), it is difficult to get bookings at Club Mahindra during holiday seasons. Also they keep increasing the ASF (yearly maintenance) every year. Most of the resorts are at remote locations away from the main road. Therefore, we have to depend on the expensive meal package provided at the resort. Otherwise, the rooms and premises are good and clean.
