Great app! Easy to use! I love this way of booking a taxi, being able to track the journey and also getting an estimate of cost for your journey. I like that it also tells you the name of the driver and the model and colour of car to look out for. love the app!

They charge a fee just for adding your cash card to the app which you do not get told about. I booked it for 8.15am the night before but a taxi never came. I rang both the telephone numbers provided in the app but they just kept me on hold for like 15 mins then cut me off. Waste of time!

I can't put a lower rating than 1 star. First time to use them the taxi was late 20 min and I was about to miss my train. Second time I booked a taxi with them for airport drop a week in advance, 10 minuets before pick up they cancel my booking. Can't relay on them.I am deleting my account with them

Very bad taxi service. They've done this a few times to me now. Booked my taxi they said it will be 5 minutes then it went to 10 minutes I ended up waiting an hour and half was late for work because of the operators lies. Why don't you be truthful to your customers ? Bunch of liars. Drivers say one thing and the operators another. Will surely never be using this service ever again !!

Worst customer service..... most drivers are ok. Few smarmy ones. Worst experience is their base staff. RUDE!!!!! AND no LOYALTY to customers(11yrs I've been using them) Today was the last day and I will never recommend them to anyone

They trick you. The app asks for a card. The driver only takes cash. They take you to ATM and now your bill os the same if not more than Uber.

I had a car yesterday pick me up through uber . The back seat and floor was unclean , and the whole car absolutely ponged , so much I had to open the window. The driver talked all through the journey loudly to ,I assume a friend in his language , very rude .
