UPDATE! This app is amazing. I was able to snag both the restaurants that I wanted 5 weeks before my trip to Disney (Space 220 and 'Ohana breakfast). I did pay for the mo they subscription just in case I did not get any alerts within the first month. So I would reccoment getting this app. Original post: so far, so good. I am hoping to get a reservation at 2 specific dining spots at Disney, and if I am able to get it, it will make this app worth it.

Update- Customer service emailed back saying they put in a fix for the bug causing the issue below. Now the app works just as intended!! Changing my rating to 5 stars! 1 star - Paid $9.99 to upgrade but my status hasn't updated on the app and I'm only able to list 2 alerts! I emailed customer support twice with no response. What a terrible app and even worse customer service.

I used this app 3 years ago, and it was fantastic! I recall having multiple free alerts and I was able to secure the dining spots I wanted, so it was great. Now only one free alert is allowed. I'd sign-up for a Premium account if I visited Disneyland more often or if I was a Magic Key holder and I would give the app 5 stars. Only 4 stars because of the reduction in the number of free alerts.

well I really think it's cool that you can put yourself on a waiting list little discouraging because there's a charge but if you get at least one free that's really helpful to. depending on what you want I guess I would pay for it. Hope they can get my appointment I just wanted to switch it for an earlier time.

So far it's been a great app. I've only used the free edition but I think it works well for what it's intended & will help tremendously in saving me time by constantly having to look for open Disney dining reservations.

Only 1 alert total is free. So you need to pick 1 place/date/time or pay. I did dinner at least instead of a specific time to get a little more range. Wish 1 place for 1 week alert was an option vs creating 7-21 alerts for just 1 place.

I have not been able to get a reservation at space 220 since it opened, as soon as I found mousedining and signed up, I set my preference and received an alert within a couple days and secured my reservation within minutes for my preferred date and time. love this app!

update: I looked over my alerts and because I'm not paying a monthly or higher level, im on low alerts. doesn't seem fair as I did pay $5 for my alert. got 1 free for a review. really disappointed reading that this keeps me from looking every 10 mins :)
