Unable to Setup or Use.... I was in Luxembourg and was told to use this app as Uber is not available there yet.....absolute disaster. It reminds me of websites from the 1990s.... Not easy to use and I could never get setup with an account to order any rides. Going through any of the menus and entries breaks the app at just about every step......and provides no feedback or support options..... Not a pleasant experience at all!

I guess i am spoiled with bolt and uber where drivers use locations. Waited 20 min in the middle of the street in direction he is supposed to pass. Driver is not moving. The map shows him on street but he was on some parking. The customer service is talking about police, there is no police on the map. I don't know for what reason there is a map if it is not used by the drivers. I enter he gives me another 5min lecture. I missed the doctors appointment. All for nothing.

The drivers don't give a damn about actually coming. The app will promise you someone in 8-10 minutes but in reality, IF they come at all, they will be there in 30 minutes. A complete waste of money and time, walking is faster than these taxis.

I d love to know what "low cost" means on this app? On Sunday €32 from Gare to Cessange, What a bargain! This is not a service it is sheer robbery. I understand why taxis in Lux did not want Uber to arrive on the territory.

DREADFUL APP. Makes unintentional booking without confirming. "LOW COST"....really...eu100 for 20 min ride to airport. EXPENSIVE. DOUBLE Uber which is already expensive. Better to use FREE LUX public transport
