Simply terrible. Does this app even do anything? I tried it out for a rental car while traveling. I set up an account, put in payment information, and registered my rental vehicle. After my trip, none of the tolls showed up in the app. It looks like the charges instead went to the rental company, and they are now charging me for the tolls plus additional fees. So instead of being a convenience, it has cost me extra money.

I liked the price but wasnt notified of my miss payment just that they cancelled it out of now where because of 3 mised payments but was never notified prior, have 3 vehicles out of state so i dnt know everytime the passes are used. Bullcrap ill go back to the other toll one this one sucks

Obviously doesn't count on the Jersey turnpike would've been nice if customer service told me that when I talked to someone. A few weeks later I get a bill in the mail $10.30 tolls turned into $110.30 bill due to admin fees. I was told it was ok to go through the ezpass lane. Thank You

I have used it on trips and not had an issue. Rates are ok, you're not saving a bunch like you do with an EZ Pass but you save a little. For the most part it's ease of use. Prices were exactly what was expected and there was no issue with being charged to my card. If you are expecting the same EZ Pass pricing then you will be disappointed.

I like NextPass cause if you have more than one vehicle, you can add them to your pass without buying extra passes to place in each car.

Account is easy to set up. App function is good. Works on all tolls except ones with a gate/arm as NextPass works off your license plate.

I like this because it takes the hassle out of dealing with tags and maybe losing the tag or something. It is convenient though.

Don't do it - this app is a legal SCAM. Instead of discounted rates of EXPass/SUNpass you will pay much higher pay-by-plate rates plus 15%. Let's say, a trip via Pennsylvania Turnpike from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia costs only $33.90 with E-ZPass, but $70.80 using pay-by-plate, and $70.80+15%=$81.42 with NextPass. Even if you don't want to install a transponder, you will give extra 15% to NextPass for a service you can have for free. What is the point?
