Agree with previous reviews about the app - totally useless. It asks you to confirm your email. When you click the link to confirm your email, it takes you to the download page for the app and does not confirm your email. This app doesn't work. The email links don't work. I was able to make my reservations on their web site and I will go old school and print things out. At this point you think they would get the message and either fix or remove the app.

After 99 tries I finally got it to load my tickets. The trick was to open my email in the browser, not by using my phone's email app. So, use Google Chrome to pull up your email from city pass (not the Gmail app) and open the link in the same Chrome browser. Way too moody to deserve a higher rating. But once it was set up, super easy to make reservations and pull up tickets to enter places! So yeah, 2 stars.

Totally useless app. It asks you to confirm your email. When you click the link to confirm your email, it takes you to the download page for the app and does not confirm your email. This app doesn't work. The email links don't work. I'm a bit nervous about the reservations I made on desktop since nothing else about this works.

If you are not a good planner this is the way to go for you. It basically plans for you all cost s are a one lump sum unless you decide to upgrade a excursion. This is now the third time I have used City pass in a major city and it is definitely the way to go. I have looked into other companies that offer the same type of stuff and it does not compare.

It's a endless loop that you can't escape. When you open the app, it tells you to link your tickets that have already been purchased. Cool. They send an email verification to the email you purchased with. The verification link just send you to download the app, WHICH YOU ALREADY DID! Uninstalling and reinstalling did nothing. Ended up calling to book our reservations.

This app helps me explore the city. I wanted to visit the attractions listed and I get to book it all in one sitting. That is pretty cool.

It's a scam, the attractions that they have bundled for Toronto is either closed or under major reconstruction which they won't tell you when you buy ticket. No saving at all, you are wasting your money, and more importantly your time. Random walk around the city is more efficient than going a long way for something under maintenance.

so easy to manage our activities. the app makes it simple to reserve and it's all in one place.
