Shocked by my first experience with this app. I booked a trip the night before and a few minutes after the requested time, still no information on when or if I would be picked up. I called and they said they were looking for a driver? What is the point? I was paying for a ride from Central Edinburgh and made the booking the night before to ensure I would not be late on the morning. Uber guarantees this and does a great service so it's a pity I have to keep using them instead.

Tried to use this for a pre-booked taxi into Edinburgh. Nowhere during the booking process did it say you didn't actually get a booking for that time specified. If this had been for a flight, you could miss your connection, so don't use them. Called the number for assistance 10minutes after taxi was due, was assured initially that there would be someone within 15-20 minutes if not sooner. You guessed it, nothing. so called again, when they fessed that the booking is meaningless. Don't use.

Ordered at taxi for a specific time 9hrs in advance, got no updates at all, had to phone the office to see what was happening 5mins after it was due. They said I had to wait another 5-10mins for a driver. Ended up being picked up 20mins after the original pick up time. Driver was friendly enough, but dont understand why they couldn't organise my taxi with 9hrs notice...

Really unreliable. I pre ordered a taxi 3 days in advance in order to go to the airport - after running more than half an hour late I just called a cab through Bolt and it came in 3 mins. All through the process I called 3 times and each time the help desk told me it would be 5 mins but it never came. Dont bother to use this app....

As stated in previous review, there is no point booking a taxi for a specific time. They don't actually reserve a car. It got to the time specified and there were no cars available, 20 minutes later still nothing so I gave up and used Uber. Pretty useless.

Like any other car booking app, pre-booking a car doesn't actually allocate a driver, so you're left wondering whether your driver will ever arrive. Because my wasn't showing up at the prescribed time I had to book another car on the spot. Eventually both cars turned up almost at the same time, which was past the intended time anyway. Not ideal if you're on a tight schedule (e.g. going to the airport for a flight)

It's not so much the app but the company. I have had hugely long waiting times. I have had drivers that didn't know where they were going but tonight was the last straw!!! They tried to pull a £10.80 charge before the car had even budged an inch! I will NEVER use this company again! 😡
