Have used this app for couple of years. A few double charges early on (pre-paid then separate NTTA charge), which were always resolved after the inconvenience of having to call, etc. Seems like those bugs have been worked out. Wife and I both use app often (Express North) for business and personal travel parking.

App has many useful features and is easy to navigate. I do have issues with the screen brightness flashing. The shuttle tracker could be improved by indicating the pickup/dropoff level. There's no obvious way to tell whether the shuttle will be on the top or bottom level. Otherwise, the map and directions are excellent and other features are very helpful.

Makes my screen flicker while on home page of app. Have to keep pushing my parking reservation to get it to open. Fortunately, the QR code doesn't flicker and I can take a screenshot. This is necessary as it will no longer download to my Google wallet. The flickering makes it too hard to look at other parts of the app.

I like the app. If you book early, there are lots of discounts on parking. The interaction is not seamless/intuitive especially for first time users so hoping it will get better over time.

This app has been broken for a long time. I travel a bunch for work and the app can't seem to load my parking bookings. It just spins and spins and never does anything. It's pretty much useless.

This is a review of the Parking feature of the app. I used to love this app, now... I can't see my receipts anymore. I keep getting double charged. Lots say they're full on the app and then I get there and they're empty.

Some times very difficult to navigate and find the information you're looking for. The parking reservation app part is awful too. Seems like during the summer you either have to book way out in advance or it tells you it's drive up only but when you get there there are tons of spaces. Just their way of charging you the maximum amount. You'd think they'd have some kind of frequent user program too. I'm there 3 weeks out of 4 each month. I've never seen a discount code!

The feature to look up pre-paid parking no longer works on the app. The website does not allow you to change the car which used to be possible in the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app couple of times, but I am still unable to see my pre-paid parking in the app. Luckily, my parking is way out in December, so I was able to cancel the parking and get the same deal with different plate information. I hope these people fix it. This has been going on for more than three months now.
