The confirmation email tells me I MUST present a printed copy of the booking and I need to d/l the app to be able to prin. I dud dl it. It found my booking by a reference number. Nowhere is an option to print. Thanks for nada.

Generally ok. System rejected my CC twice with no explanation, leaving me unsure whether the booking had been accepted or not. I keep getting reminded to provide passport info, though I already have...or have I? Booking options jump to wrong dates without highlighting this. Drop-downs are difficult

The app continues to report the wrong departure time, despite the operator communicating an alternative timetable for days. The bot for the support is completely helpless and never connects you to an agent, even during the day. there is no way to update telephone number or other details if needed.

the App is okay, but the service by Direct Ferreis is very poor, better book your ferries via websites separately. The customer relations is very poor, they don;t mean to help you at all. Going to uninstall and never use this.

the ferry is so comfortable, very well organised and so easy to use, it pays to book the lounge as it's quite hectic and noisy in the general seating and dining areas, but apart from the price it's absolutely wonderful, the price is a little high but you are paying for the convenience of leaving your luggage in the car while you enjoy a wonderful relaxing sailing
