Pointless app. Doesn't display purchases or passes despite using the correct linked email address. Called customer service and they've said there's no way to link it. The only other benefit is a map, but I don't need an app and an account for a map just give me a PDF or image.

Should allow people to pull up reservations by inputting reservation confirmation number.... otherwise the app isn't very useful. It's a but frustrating to the email suggest downloading the app to access reservations, but you find out you can't actually access them.

rubbish app, i purchased tickets and you can't add them to your app so now we carry around bits of paper. bloody annoying and zero help no response when email.

Very disappointed that I can't link my e-tickets to the app after purchase. This is VERY strange. So much for upgrading prior to visit.

As others have noted, I too am unable to access my reservation in the app, so it seems that printing the paper ticket will still be required.
