The bikes are great they almost propelled themselves after you get going but they have it unlocked fee of like $10 that they don't tell you about until after you're done writing so it's an additional $12 unless you pay the monthly fee which is well worth it if you like the ride. I'll have to check my account then because I was charged more then that

I've had nothing but good experience with this machine and I use them frequently. Been a monthly subscriber for about two years now. Now all of a sudden all the bikes in tulsa are missing and TM isn't responding to anyone's emails or phone calls and there's no updates on their website or any social media. What gives? If you guys went out of business can you at least let the public know??

App is not dependable. I follow all the prompts. I ride the bikes at Kendall Whittier. One day it works. The next it does not. Complained to customer service, they blamed me for not knowing how to use the app. In other words, the customer service sucks. If I did not know how to use the app then how come I unlock the bikes sometimes? I bought the monthly pass because the bikes themselves are awesome. I just wish the app was dependable.

The app is no good. Most of the bikes are faulty, the app won't let you end the ride, then they start sending you emails warning you like it's your fault. They even kicked me out the app and it wasn't my fault. It's a great ride tho if you are lucky to find a bike that actually works

Kept saying error 402 when I tried to end ride, and just kept charging me while I was unable to end the ride. What's wrong with this app. Checked my account multiple times to make sure the funds were there. And it kept saying error

Well besides the fact it took half an hour to finally get the app to work for ending my ride. All while charged. The bikes were fun but this app is trash because i got charged for basically the app not ending my ride. And some how it still says i have a ride ending. So im probably still being charged as we speak

I hate having to leave a negative review but I've lost count of the number of times i had to uninstall and reinstall your app to get it to work. Bikes tend to be ok but jesus please work on the reliability of your app. Its beyond frustrating

App works great. I ride one almost daily. Any bike issues have been reported and feedback has been appreciated. They really want to provide a great customer service.
