I had to cancel a flight and they wouldnt refund the money. Worst of all, the customer service is 100% texting only. I think it is AI agents. So difficult to explain a complicated issue in a text to an AI agent. Yeah, Breeze is cheap, but every time I look, the prices are up. There are better alternatives out there. There are many hidden frustrations, esp the complete lack of a person you can call if any questions. I do NOT recommend!

Never have had an issue with this airline. Comfortable seats, pleasant and responsive customer service. Direct flights with no hassle booking. I do wish the prices would quit going up, and the perks would quit going away. It used to be nice when I could book my last-minute ticket for a fraction of the cost now with no risk if I needed to cancel. But as in all things, it was too good to be true for very long. Still, right now, I choose Breeze first before every other airline.

The bar across the bottom does not allow user (me) to see "next flight" option. Also, when choosing a flight option at a certain price, there are no seat options for $0. There is a mandatory upcharge to pick your seat?? This is deceptive pricing. Not cool.

Just purchased my 2nd flight on Breeze. I love everything about this airline! Transparent pricing, user friendly app, excellent customer service at the airport, fantastic flight crew, a super cool plane, and very comfortable seats!

Affordable flight options! Breeze had some route problems with getting a crew to fly out of some airports however, they corrected the problem by changing from a weekend flight to a weekday and now the flights are on time and without a crew problem. The planes are comfortable and the staff on the planes are pleasant. Easy to purchase,cancel, upgrade and check in on the app.

This company has been a bad joke since my first introduction to it. I have ove $500 credit from different happenstance with this airline, and I still haven't flown on it. Now, they are holding my credit hostage. I cannot use my credits to book a flight. The app simply says "Unable to book at this time" and the price keeps going up every time I try book my ticket. I'm aghast at how bad this company is to their customers. They will not last long, and it's like I burned my money buying from them.

It's my first time booking with this airline. It's an easy-to-use app and has fair prices. The downfall is, there's no live representative to help with questions the virtual assistant can't understand to answer.

I flew Breeze airlines for the 1st time for the 1st time the other day. I was VERY impressed. I travel a lot and for the 1st time in a while I had zero complaints. The Airplane was clean, the staff were extremely pleasant. I will definitely use this airline for future flights whenever I can.
