The app doesn't have a "your current location" option. It usually thinks I'm in Australia even though it's a BROWARD County transit app. You can't plan a trip based an a specific time or day... it only gives you a schedule for right now. You have to open and click and activate the pass every time, even if you have multi day pass. If the bus doesn't arrive in 10 minutes, you have to activate the pass again. It doesn't have real time "where is my bus" feature. You need a 2nd app for that. Bad.

Brought a bus pass and it didn't show up, making me look like an idiot in the bus. Fix the app!!!

I have been having frequent problems where the App forgets my data. Always happens just when I am about to board the bus. It stays stuck on "Add Funds" and does not let me do anything. I have to go straight to my seat without "paying" before boarding and have to log out, log in again and THEN the purchased pass comes back. FIX THIS PLEASE !!!

I was in Ft. Lauderdale for a 4 day stay and used this app for a $12 three day bus pass. You can only activate one pass at a time. Everyone must use there own phone with app. No refunds! If you bought 2 tickets thinking you could use them for 2 different people you just wasted $12. Can't use search to find a place by name (ex: Subway). Useful ONLY for buying e-ticket. Use Google Maps to find route and see where to get off bus, it works much better.

The app suddenly stopped showing me when the busses are arriving. That made me miss so many buses and wait so long for one!! The app also doesn't seem to let me know the stops to get to certain places, Google maps does better honestly...

So far this app has worked quite well once I learned its nuances. One thing I would like would be if there were a way via the app to notify a bus driver that you're at a given stop so they don't fly on past you... but I've never had a bus fly on past me anyway, I just think that it would be beneficial for handicapped people who may not move as quickly. But I suppose those people are probably using TOPS if they qualify.

Signed in account is locked to device. While understandable, it really needs an option for migrated devices. I can't sign on to the app since I last used it in 2019, but upgraded my phone in 2020. It needs a feature to either migrate the account and status, or allow for a quick transition on new device.

New update and layout is straight trash. They sure know how to ruin a great app with updates. I thought updates were suppose to enhance the user experience instead this has ruined it and it crashes constantly. Reverse this update and give us back the great layout we had without the issues.
