Since I have downloaded this app, I have not been able to load money using the add funds option! I have to use the autopay option. Which is not as convenient! Sometimes it takes 48 hours for funds to be available. I don't always know when I'm going to need to take the bus. Alot of times I'm having to pay cash and paying $2 a ride can add up quickly when it takes 3 busses to get to one location. I should only be paying $5 for a day pass.because they don't offer that on the bus anymore. UNHAPPY

Y'all are crooks. Absolutely nowhere on your app does it give fair warning that you only have 8 minutes to use your past once you activate it. TF is 8 minutes? On top of that I by chance activated it when your other app said the bus was 6 mins away... Which was wrong because the bus was 10 mins late... Robbing me of my $2. That's some BS. I understand it needs to expire, but you give no warning of the time frame and on top of that 8 mins?? It's obvious y'all do that to rob your customers. -0

Do NOT use nfc. Use the qr code. It'll work a few times, but then it'll charge you twice. You'll call the customer service number. They'll say they're taking it to finance, and you'll not get your money back. Save extra money on there. The cap will mess up it's not a matter of if it's a matter of when.

Horrible system. Adds additional accounts for no reason and still takes additional money from your account and takes months to get back if you even do. Not to mention the rude staff that always claims someone will fix the issue and call you back yet NEVER actually call. For someone who rides everyday and spends hard yearned money this is a real unprofessional new way for a established company to simply rob and aggravating problem to have

terrible system, they removed the ability to buy day passes because the app is SUPPOSED to automatically cap your daily fare at $5 but it keeps neglecting to count my rides so I end up randomly paying twice as much as I should be for the day.

Good for 1 day. After that keeps crashing, wont open. I deleted and reinstalled and now says my password is wrong and the password reset doesn't work either. So theres money wasted

Trash this app is a scam to take your money it does not recognize all day passes as it should

As per my experience it's great I only put on what I need at the time. And I don't activate the pass until I see the bus pulling up, it works every time
