The app works most of the times, however it needs to improve some critical aspects. When I used it, I tried to buy some tickets. After confirming the purchase in my bank the app gave me an error so I didn't get the tickets. I tried a second time and it worked but the money has already been taken from my account so I ended up paying twice the normal price.

Very useful bus comparison website. Booked 3 non-Flixbus rides (Zadar, Plitvice, Zagreb) via their website, but used the app to show my QR codes or tickets to the driver. No issues at all, except sometimes the app will throw an initial error on opening, but be OK straight after.

Frustrated! US citizen trying to book online via computer and mobile app. system shows error on post code field. Support claims post code is optional. But the Pay button is disabled until data is entered. I've spent a lot of time trying to book and been back and forth via email with support for 7 days, attaching images. They reply with canned answers, don't even look at details I've already provided (both written & images). Please hire smart humans who actually READ details b4 replying.

Overall, a rather useful app. I had an issue with a purchased ticket but it was sorted out by the support staff. Just verify that you are able to download printable tickets (with a QR code or a bar code) because some ferries do not accept M-tickets.

Wow! This new app is everything. The user interface is so smooth and everything is displayed very neatly. Makes booking a bus ticket a really fast and easy process, as you can do everything directly in the app on your phone. Awesome job! 😊👍🏼

The app does not work for last couple of months. When I want to see my tickets (which I could before) an error occurs saying that the app could not get data from the server. I have tried to log in and out and to uninstall and istall app again but without any success.

Just like any no obligated middleman. They charge but have no responseility for the service. When it comes to support you'll find them hiding behind long detailed legal statements. Does not worth the use !!!!

Bought tickets then the bus driver told us that they were not valid. Didn't get a refund so I am totally disappointed. This app has not relation with FlixBus company which offers refunds. DO NOT use this company :)
