How does it work?
Download the app and create an account in a few minutes.
You'll need your driving licence, ID, and payment method. Once we validate the account, you're ready to go!
Book your YEGO
Book through the app. You have 15 free minutes to get to the motorbike.
Move freely in the city
Unlock the motorbike through the app and open the top case: you'll find 2 helmets to travel with whom you prefer. Enjoy the ride!
Park and finish your ride
Park following the rules in any authorised place for motorbikes within YEGO's operative area. Put the helmets back and finish your ride on the app

the most complicated app for registration in the whole world. i do speak French and have a french phone and address and have successfully used most of the other also complicated apps but this one is the world champion for me, hope to try back in the future and be happily surprised.

500m in the bike stops working in the middle of the road in Montjuic... I manage to push it to a safe location and warn the Yego that the bike is not working. Not only they did not compensate fairly for the inconvenience, but also they now make me pay a fine (77€ fine + 50€ admin fees...) for wrong parking because they hadn't moved the bike the next day....

Major issue with a prompt to an update that isn't available while locking the user out of the app. I have a large balance I paid for in YEGO and now I cannot use it. Terrible. EDIT: uninstalling the app and reinstalling seemed to work. But still, the service has been lacking a lot lately, poor condition vehicles, consecutive price hikes, etc. Keeping my review score.

Barcelona. The motos are pretty good. The app is horribly buggy: it hangs, doesn't load the maps, or simply doesn't load at all (not a network issues, I can browse just fine). Last episode: I try to end a ride and the app just does not load, stuck on a green screen. Reinstalling and rebooting did not help. After about 10min, I get a notification that I "need to be more careful to not abandon the moto without ending the ride", all while I am standing right next to the moto, waiting. Unacceptable.

Amazing urban electric mobility solution for 1 and 2 people. Way to move fast, affordably and sustainably in great cities. Go to work, the center, the beach or just for seeing the places it's a wonderful way of moving around. Plus the most responsive client service team I know. They always respond in seconds; never had to wait more than 30 seconds with any topic. Hope to see Yego across Europe, and globally!

Great app and great service for mobility. Works in all versions of Android except Android 14 beta, where it works on first run and login but crashes at each startup afterwards. Since it is beta OS, can't complain much. :) But the service itself is a life saver especially in Barcelona where it is sometimes impossible to find a free taxi.

Lots of issues with the location setting. It seems like the app had a bug and would constantly change our location,making very difficult to take the scooter. We were next to the scooter but it would say that we were far away. We tried with a different phone and the same issue but if we checked our location with googlemaps it was correct,so it was an issue with Yego app. A pity because I really would like to use this company.
