Trips are tracked for on-time start and arrival. Journey breaks and pauses are captured in the trip and drivers have the ability to get in touch with the 24x7 Gozo support team for anything they need during the trip.
partner+ can manage their active and assigned trips. this app to start a trip, receive secure messages from Gozo platform, enter starting and ending odometer readings and enter billing transactions applicable to the trips they are assigned to.
app also share updates with the Gozo platform with respect to additional charges billed, extra kms driven or any additional requirements.

Very bad customer services....they are looting the driver money....after booking complete they r not responce the driver calls.....money was not credited to the driver account....no customer care number...100 times sending the msg from app through no response.... what the system of this app....bidding is the waste system....I really worry about this app....

This is fraud app The driver is often cheated. No online payment If you call the customer care, they will not respond correctly There is a penalty, if we ask, we don't give a reason. If they ask for a reason, if they answer, they don't cancel.

One of the most fraud app, they cheating not credited the moneyBad app, i am also partner, they plunked the money from partner side through penalty, route manager alert the trip and cancelled but they collect penalty from partner.and also if you would not accept duty directly blackmailed i suspended your account and penalties 2000. If this continue doing this you will not give service

For the vendor This app is very bad it's has no any customer support team if you will be in case of problem that you will call to any person of Gozo team team the will not pick any phone and if they need that they will call continuously to the vendor . kindly improve This type of problem and useless penalty to the vendor
