With the name change, you took away locating places on the map. That was a better faster feature than now looking at the list and finding where they are. Way too slow now, yes we are on holiday or freedom camping and have time, but when some places have slow mobile data, it takes too long.

Great idea but poor execution. Feedback to improve is to have a map of locations. A list merely means that I have to check each one on a map to see where it is. Trying to validate my ID and the app simply shuts down as it can't handle uploading a photo. Tried on the website so will see how that works. Not sure whether to persist or give up. Let me know when it's updated and I'll use it.

I've stayed at kiwi camps heaps of times but it way too hard to get a tag. I always want to use your facilities but I always arrive too late to get a tag from a shop and I'm just not that forward thinking to order one. But if you make the app produce a GooglePay card or use NFC so that I could just download the app, top up, and use my phone to tap on the shower, then it would be easier to use and onboard anyone. Your missing out on a lot of revenue with the existing tag model.

To book a site you just get the names to choose from. If you could see the details of each site on a map within the app it would be more helpful that being redirected to a website. So it seems like this app is only used to top up your card and not much else that is useful.

Can't figure out what this app does that the website doesn't. Don't see why ID has to be uploaded. Has scammy admin fees to load credit. Only refund to cards -$5. Credit expires at 2 years. Encourages waste by forcing you to buy a $10 nfc tag from certain shops. Better to use existing tag or phones nfc. Agree with people that say about locations needing maps.

the app is perfect, I don't know how some just winching and winch...it's simple, Go to the dairy, buy the key,and download. dairies never run out of keys,I've lost mine a couple of times, just went to the dairy, there it was,26 left... best place to shower and rest, toilets are clean everyday..can't ask for more,

Have only used for camping, great concept. The app is a bit clunky. Had a quick response to a problem we had. Will definitely be using this again.

What a waste of time topping up my account. Where's the NFC tag. What an actual joke of an app
