I shouldn't need to have alarms and reminders on my phone connected. I just want to add things to my schedule list. If i want a reminder, that should be a toggle, not required.

Can't open link like (Twiter/Instagram/ext..) in their respective apps (should be user setting), instead all links open in their atrocious in app browser, and doesn't let you then open it in chrome like most other in app browsers would, doesn't have desktop compatibility some some website don't even work. The app is otherwise fine as I've used it for conventions/expos, but this one issue makes looking through artists/vendors websites/socials a nightmare!!!

Used at a large convention (Otakon 2024 in DC). App frequently gets stuck on "updating guide" for a minute or more. Good things: faster than the slow convention website, actually lets you save your calendar and set reminders unlike the website, shows you where events and panels are on the real center map with real room numbers (the official con map is badly designed and confusing)

The app freezes all the time at "Updating guidebook". Why do we need to update the guidebook every 3 seconds anyway?

Updates every time I open the app making it unusable instead of fetching updates in the background. Unnecessarily many features makes it a very bad app. All we need is the conference schedule and I had a hard time finding it because you have 2-3 schedule tabs.

Great experience easy to work through. Puts everything at my fingertips. Love it!

Just doesn't work. Can't add people to events. Updates lag so much. The app doesn't work for me but will work for others, so very inconsistent.

Effectively unusable with limited internet. I've had to resort to taking screenshots of the schedules because attempting to open the guide with a bad connection flashes the schedule data that has already been downloaded--just long enough to know it's there--before unceremoniously forcing you into an inescapable loading screen. I understand that you don't want your app to mislead people when schedules change, but effectively requiring constant, fast internet is not the solution. Fix it.
