Horrible app. Online check in function doesn't work even though they strongly push you to use the app. Using the browser on a computer I was able to check in. On top of that this airline doesn't even allow you to drink your own water which is a human right violation.

Comically idiotic design. If you use this app to try to create an account on an Android phone, it will, of course, ask you to verify your email with the code they just sent you. When you switch to your email app to get the code and then switch back to this app to enter it, this app will close! Hahaha! What a joke! Do you want these guys handling your credit card information?? Hahaha!!

very unstable. u switch to anothet app and come back thos app closes itself.u select the origin and destination but names are not shown. very poorly developed

Thrash App. Cannot do online Check in. The data does not tally with Hong Kong International Airport kiosk! Always have a hardtime during payment section! App always shutdown!

When checking innfor a flight and trying to pay for a seat , the app will close when it switches to my banking app for payment authentication. Buggy.

Cannot log in to my account in this android app, every time i try to log in, it said sign-in function is under update and cannot let me log in, but iOS app is total fine!

Slow, buggy, always has to reload and start from the beginning, and constantly refuses to take my credit card information even when it's correct. Horrible experience and when I actually contacted a real person and told them the problems they said "try again tomorrow"...
