In my household we get taxi everyday sometimes even 3 or 4 a day they have been really great only 1 thing is when I have to take my dog to the vets they have 👎 no 1 who can help even tho I will take a blanket with me to put on the seat or floor so maybe it might be time to look for a other taxi firm

I've used the company before and had the app installed but until today,my experience was only of tracking my driver to collect me. Today I booked and paid at a reasonable price. My driver was amiable and efficient,as was the app I used to book an advance booking. Driver arrived in time,was friendly and to my surprise my trip was cheaper than what I had been pre charged so a winner all round.cant recommend highly enough

It's takes a while to get to know the app. but it woks well so far also good to know how much the fare costs in advance. I had one bad experience with Local Cars when the driver was over 30 minutes late on the 7th December eventhough the trip was booked in advance. Otherwise I have been happy with the service

Cancelled 20 minutes before and was told I would be charged £2.50 for it, absolute rip off paying for a service I didnt get especially when I cancelled within a long time frame. Also if you pay by card they charge you a extra £2 and it doesn't go to the lovely drivers. Drivers are lovely, shame about the place really gone down hill used to be best in bradford not anymore since someone else bought it and it became local. - fyi if u do it by app you dont get priority service at all like they say.

Big difference in price between quoted fare and actual fare. Uber quoted £23, Local cars showed £18. Got into the taxi promptly (driver didn't have to wait) drove straight home with no traffic at all and Local charged me £26. An £8 difference between the quoted price and the actual price seems very steep and I really don't understand what could have caused it.

Useful app to have, finds your location & then asks u where u want 2 go. Once u have used it 4 a bit, it remembers your trips & a taxi order is just a few taps away.

My pay by card option has never worked, but really easy to book and track taxis. Can pre-book through the app too.

Been using local cars for about over 10 years now we get around about 13 taxi or more a week and yes sometimes they don't pick up so I've started to book night before now and all in all is say it's a very good company the drivers are all nice and plight
