I was never able to actually use the app, as it requested access to photos & media...which I can't think of a good reason for needing this. The app will not start-up without those permissions. I can't think of a logical reason that this would be a hard requirement to even use the app. Seems shady (probably isn't...but it seems that way).

About almost a year since I last used this app and while this app DID do it's job in handling the check-in registration side of things, it auto enabled room charges to be authorized to you without consent. However, since you would STILL need to wait in line to get your room key, it kinda..... defeats the point of the app to begin with. Now presently, this app's initialization startup seems to not work. Regardless of if it gets itself back on it's feet, just take all else into consideration.

Adding another bad review for the photo/video request. I understand asking for that permission if/when needed, but shouldn't be the case when you first launch the app, and should be able to access the app without that permission. Poor app design but would gladly adjust when that is corrected.

Well as the past 4 months of reviews state, the app won't load after asking for permission to your location data and access to your photos media. Save your time and go to the desk.

Mobile entry never works. Just counts down from 30 and then resets. Still have to go downstairs and get physical keys.

It worked great for a few months now I just see a page telling me about what the app is allowed to do. Too bad, I loved the convenience of checking in on my phone.

My app won't work it did for a month and can't get ahold of anyone to fix it unbelievable 😡 it won't even let me send a message they are blocking Emails
