Moin, as we say in the North! With our on-demand offer, mobility becomes even smarter: You can book your trip conveniently and individually using the app, without a timetable - design your individual travel chain and get to your destination comfortably, quickly and safely.  

The NAHSHUTTLE vehicles operate in various regions in Schleswig-Holstein: the region around the Schlei (SMILE24), the Rendsburg region (NAHSHUTTLE, formerly known as remo) and the Bredstedt region (Lüttbus).  

NAH.SH offers on-demand transport integrated into the SH-tariff system. Day, monthly tickets, the Germany ticket and other valid tickets are accepted when presented to the driver. If you don't have a valid ticket, you can buy one before you start your journey, for example at www.nah.sh. Important: Tickets from the SH-tariff system are valid for the route purchased and are therefore also valid on public buses.  

And this is how it works:  

ENTER YOUR DEPARTURE LOCATION AND DESTINATION:  

We show you immediately in the app which vehicle can pick you up, when and from which stop, and which stops you will be taken to. In addition to the normal stops, there are also virtual ones. All stops are displayed in the app.  

BOOK AND PAY FOR YOUR RIDE:  

Once we have found a suitable shuttle for your request, you can book your ride. You pay for your ticket directly in the app with a credit card, PayPal etc. or purchased credit.. You can track the exact location of your vehicle on its way to you live via the app.  

TAKE OTHERS WITH YOU: During the journey, you may be joined by other passengers with the same direction or a similar destination. Carpooling in this way allows us to bundle several requests for rides, thus reducing the burden on our vehicles, the traffic on the roads and therefore also the negative impact on the environment.  

RATE YOUR RIDE:  

When you arrive at your destination, you can give us feedback and rate your ride.  

PRICE:  

Our demand-responsive transport service is integrated into the SH-tariff system (www.nah.sh/de/fahrkarten/fahrkarten).
