I had a terrible experience with ixigo. After booking and paying for a hotel, I received a confirmation email. But the day before check-in, ixigo emailed that the hotel wouldn’t honor the booking and offered a faraway alternate stay. I didn’t see the email and only learned of the cancellation upon arrival. Such an urgent change required a direct call, not just an email, which many travelers may miss. The extra travel time with my family was exhausting. ixigo needs to improve their communication.

If fights makes any changes in date or time it should also apps responsibility to update the boarding pass and inform the same to the customer. I missed my flight because of this reason. This app didn't update the boarding pass or share any message over the what's app. This is my first time using this, I always used from MMT which informs you about date and time change atleast. They clain less charges but there chargers are also same as other platforms. I lost 20k on this app. Don't recommend

The customer care department was very helpful and easily reachable when I faced an issue with an airline. Ticket pricing is also quite good as compared to other platforms who have given me good prices at the beginning but later started charging more. I noticed this and switched to IXIGO and I hope they will be consistent.

Worst service,if u want to change ur traveling date or name correction or cancelation they will not support and if ur booking from this travel agent you cannot get the access to modify ur requirements, for example flight tickets 22,000 they will 10,000 for canceling. Note: better book tickets directly to airlines they will support you.

Please Add the terminal No of the flight Booking pdf Invoice. Lots of confusion occurs am always doing web checkIn that's why I get the terminal details. Resolve the issue ASAP. Rather than wonderfull Application for booking purpose just go through my consern. - As per your regular customer.

Tried to book flight tickets. Money got debited but ticket details was not confirmed. Customer care ensured of reciving ticket within 1-2hr. 2days past, there is no ticket and customer care says, ticket status is currently "to be rebooked" . My journey is in less than 10 days. Now they are not refunding the fare amount. Upon asking for refund they say I will have to pay penalty for cancellation. This Review section is my 2nd last stop before Consumer court.
