The worst bikes I've ever used. Pay €30 and get heavy, uncontrollable, and uncomfortable bicycles with faulty or broken breaks! Don't forget to enjoy! You can easily find much better bikes in any other European city compared to Valenbisi.

Network issues, showing no bikes available despite standing next to a full rack of bikes, random errors when unlocking, an app which is half English half Spanish, etc. It's a nice system... when it works. Unfortunately we had to take taxis multiple times when Valenbisi yet again decided to stop working. I'd ask for a refund if I knew how.

Bad experience. App crashed multiple times while trying to set up. Got charged twice had to get refund for second service. Bicycle was covered with grease got all over my clothes. Navigation app on bike made it very hard to find parking place which caused me to use a bike more than I wanted to and got charged for it. You would think they'd put a spot to mount your phone on the bikes since this is an app driven experience. Instead had to put phone in basket and it bounced all over the place.

awful .... all that can go wrong goes wrong ! Had to drive around for a parking spot although the place where I had to be had 2 empty in the app... in reality it was 0

Asks for an ID card number during registration but won't accept my passport number or anything else I type. When I search for help on my phone browser the battery optimiser shuts down the app after which there's no way to go back to or restart the registration process. Your account is in some kind of broken state and can't even be deleted to start things from scratch. Phoned the help number but no-one spoke English even though I selected that option. Super bad!

Looks like it could be useful, but there is a bug that won't let me buy a subscription. On pushing the "choose this subscription option" button, the app shows the loading icon and then throws you back to the previous page. I love that the app is just 10 mb

No possiblity to buy a subscription (bug), no ability to link a debit card (finally I did it). Also pin code panel is weird

There should have been an option of giving negative stars and then only it would be justified to review the app and the services. I went to Valencia on a trip and took the bike. I kept the bike in the stand and properly locked but still they charged me 50 euros because in the app it showed that I have rode a bike for 10hrs straight when I already came back to Madrid. I called the customer service and tried to explain the issue but they did nothing and was very rude and misbehaved.
