Terrible app, not only the UI is unintuitive, it doesnt even work. It feels like a junior developer made this in a week. You cant even pay for your tickets as the integration throws random errors or doesn't even send the payment request. UX is terrible, who ever created this experience was high. Would not recomend.

I had to reset my pin because I could not login to the app. After resetting my pin through my browser, the app continues to show an error message. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, and the app continues to show an error message. It does not make any sense.

So happy with the cyclo bikes! The app works well. There are plenty of bike stations, and it's so cheap! I'm glad I discovered Citycyclo rather than renting a bycycle for the week I'm staying in Vilnius.

App is buggy, if you are creating an account you need to create a pin code this way is quite outdated, insecure, hard to remember and hard to use with password managers.

App not working. Can't get the code and register. Even my wife with other phone same situation. So sad can't explore Vilnius with bikes...!
