The missing two stars is for the inability to cash out from KTMB wallet to bank accounts. I hardly use the train and it will be irrelevant for me to have any balance in the wallet. Please look into this and hopefully a feature could be introduced soon. Other than that, easy booking system.

The apps is great. But please add another features for return back the ktmb wallet to our bank account. Some users are not frequently travel via train like me. Recently I have to cancel trip due to your train delay issues. I managed to refund the money, but it will go to ktmb wallet. It is about RM 200 plus. So, how? I'm not frequently travel using train. The money will remain they forever. Such a waste.

Easy to use, user friendly. To make it more interesting, Perhaps KTM should consider adding a new feature that allows customer exploring / planning a tour by rail, by allowing customer to plan a stop over at some interesting places using rail by buying one ticket for this purpose.

It's good that myrailtime is included in this app, but the schedule is not updated properly whenever delays happen. The arrival time at each station is never updated, also the overall status. And ktmb delays nowadays are so frequent!!!

I wish I can change my email through this app or email KTM (I am not aware if they do have an email to help this). I have to call to change to a new email because I deleted my old email that i had from when i was a teenager, and I don't want to talk to anyone to change it. This app doesn't have ability to change my email. :(

My student concession has been approved, but I just couldn't find the student option during purchase. The passenger info page mentioned that "concession can be applied on the next page", however the next page is Takaful insurance selection and subsequently the final payment page. Please fix this.

The announcement should be remind just once, not everytime we open. Because it will causing frustration if it's loading for announcement too long, especially for someone using slow speed data internet.
