I've used this car service since I moved to the area in 2009. The service and prices are decent. Cars are clean. The app is terrible. The app has a lot of glitches and doesn't display the correct pricing I had a trip several days ago that included a stop it didn't adjust the price in the app I was told I had to pay an additional fee. I called the base they told me it was correct I think they should fix the app so it displays the correct amount to the customer
