All of the other apps for taxis in London, ON offer a minimum of 15% off of the ride for using the app to book your ride, some give 20% off. You guys give 0% yes, you use flat rates, but with the discounts all of the other companies offer for booking with the app, meter or not it's cheaper than calling Checker. I'm going to delete this, because there is no real benefit of using this versus calling Checker over the phone. Either way, I won't be using checker because at least the other taxi companies give a discount.

Was working well but when I try to use it since December 22, 2019 it won't let you click on the go button to ACTUALLY book a taxi. Tried to use the app this past week AND IT'S STILL BROKEN! I really liked using the app as I always got a receipt emailed to me which was helpful.
Status Quo
I have no issues with Checker since started. Prices are transparent, not like uber who steals from your account, ie charges you for rides you don't take and double charging. Uneed a cab same. I was paying cab and still I was being charges a hold fee. Checker vehicles are clean drivers polite and early, so far.

Probably one of the worst app to date. If everyone doesn't careful enough, they will get scammed right away. When you call Checker Limousine, it is automatically set to 15% tips so when you use your card, and you are assuming that that was it, you will end up spending more than what you paid for. Pretty scummy move and some drivers are very rude.

Nice format and location of driver is a nice (if standard) feature. Only trouble was the call your driver function did not work. Error message said my phone did not have a call function... Not quite sure how that was possible.

The new update is amazing! So much easier to use, and I love how I can put my credit card in once, and set a preferred tip, saves me doing it every time, and I dont have to pay in the car anymore!

The cars are wonderfully clean, and the drivers are professional. The only issue I have is that for the shorter rides that I require, they don't happen because no one will take a 15 dollar ride. I have waited over 20 minutes and still no one accepted. I tip very well and am polite. Going to Uber....

Works great. Not sure the confirmation call is needed, I didn't get a call that my ride was there, until a good 3 or 4 minutes after I was in the car. Seems redundant.
