How to use LUGGit
1. Start by selecting where one of our Keepers will collect your luggage.
We collect your luggage wherever you want, in our available cities, and yes it is everywhere! Airports, Hotels, Hostels, Airbnbs, Cafes, Shops, Streets, and even that bank where you are! To make it easier, you can choose one of our suggested locations.
2. Tell us where you want your luggage back.
The same goes for delivery! We can deliver your luggage to you wherever you want within the city. It could even be in the same place where we went to collect.
3. It's almost done! Tell us the pick-up and delivery times!
Do you want your luggage collected at 9 am? 11 am? And the delivery? On the same day, or another day? We pick up and deliver anytime from 8am to 8pm every day!
Choose the most comfortable time for you, and don't worry, we always arrive a little earlier, and you can talk to us at any time!
If you're in a hurry, you can always order LUGGit in real-time. In this case, in about 15 minutes we will be at the location you choose.
4. How many bags are there?
Everything counts here. Small suitcases, large suitcases, surfboards? We collect them all, whatever their size and shape. Plus, all bags are insured by default!
5. Order your LUGGit, wait for Keeper and then just enjoy your luggage free time!
Your Keeper will

When it's time to deliver your luggage
🕐 Your keeper will start delivering your luggage 15 minutes in advance, to avoid traffic and other unforeseen events that may happen.
📳 You will receive notifications when your keeper is delivering your luggage and you will be able to see and talk to him/her in real time.
👋 You will be able to see when your Keeper to the delivery location you selected with your luggage back, just like how we collected it.

The App is simple and functional. The service part of the company which is the most important part, was excellent. When I tried to call the keeper, I was unable to make the call go out on Whatsapp, but that could be a fault of my phone.

Awesome service. Felt so free while we waited 6 hours for our airbnb to get ready. Though they do not have 24 hours service, they were very prompt to queries. My original plan was changed as my train canceled, They did cancel my original reservation. Then we re booked a new schedule once we were able to reconfigure our travel plans. Mariana, or keeper was excellent, spoke really well, and very courteous.

Really quick and helpful service, timesavers! Skipped a huge queue for bag drop thanks to them. It took me around 3 minutes to upload app, register, add payment, and leave my bag with them. They put security lock tie to ensure your bag/suitcase wasn't open during storage, and take it away. At exact time and place you specify in the app the person is waiting for you already with your suitcase, and you can track where it is at any time, as well as call the delivery person.

My family and I were super scared to use this service, but it was the only option that made sense for us. Ultimately, the app is easy to use, the team was responsive to every inquiry (they can communicate with you through WhatsApp), and the drivers were absolutely professional. As a bonus, they only cost 6 EUR more than their competitors, so it's a great deal. I highly recommend this service!

This is a great service with even greater customer service. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend anytime you are travelling!! Luggit should be in all major metropolitan cities!! Such a wonderful idea. There's no way i could of gotten my luggage through the beautiful hilly streets of Portugal!!!

Highly recommend this service. My partner and I had an early flight arrival in Lisboa and could not check into our hotel till 15:00. Luggit was great and secure way to store our bags so that we could go see the city without worrying about our baggage. The staff was very helpful as we did not have calling on our phones but luggit support was very good at helping us coordinate with our Luggage keeper for pick up and drop off.

Requires SMS to activate which means roaming charges if you are already where you need this app. Adding a payment method also doesn't work. And you have to know when and where you want the luggage dropped off when it gets picked up.
