Horrible experience... I had booked my tickets for 13th June and their bus couldn't arrive even one day after, no one from the travel agency side is interested in picking up the calls and engaging the passengers. They just left 20-25 passengers outside their office for entire night, and even after one day their associates are just passing calls to other person & giving different numbers..

Worst service by Operator. I travel from Pushkar to Delhi on 12 November 2019. At last time they they Change the boarding location from Neel Kamal Traves to Ganesh Temple but thair bus 2 km away from Ganesh Temple. Even they are not able to descibe thair location to even local person. I was running 40 minuts to discover thair location. They mently torture every passenger. They knows my location very well and I was standing on bus route but didn't pick me. After all I have to reach at thr lctn

one off the worst bus I have traveled, on the website they show, their bus they have urinal but it's lie , they don't have urinal , lights and seats are not comfortable ,It's my suggestion don't book this bus for traveling and I giving only 1 star because this is the lowest I can gave.

Worst service ever. There is no facilities provided by rishabh traveles that is mentioned their plan. Fare is 1999 rupees but facility is not over than 700 rupee. Totally disappointed with your service rt.

Worse bus service. Don't ever book it.Timing schedule posted is fake.They start bording local passenger in numbers and above all the drivers and staffs are so miss behaved .Worse experience traveling from Delhi to Ballia

worst service of this agency. Please do not take any service. Bad behaviour of the staff. Bad quality of Buses. I booked for Delhi but bus broke down on road two times. No one responsible person to take action Even they did misbehave with passengers.
