after new updates this app has become bs. While booking from this app it asks to install the app again and then shows connection lost or web page is not available and when yougo back the transaction shows cancelled I loved this app for booking but now ithas deducted rs 1389 twice and still the ticket is not booked when I called for refund I was told to call in morning after 10 am and now when I am calling then numbers are not working. I want my money back

This App is made to book the ticket only. it doesn't provide any kind of support post booking like live tracking, location change update etc. I travelled from Del to Ald and returned too. I got every update from Redbus when travelled to Ald but in returning I booked my ticked by this app. I did not get any single update. Even did not get any support and help from coordinator at ALD. As per my advise redbus is good app bcos of their timely updates and quick support.

Booked this bus, every time they cancel ticket saying bus has technical.issue and have seen this bus arriving bus at station, when they get inquiry for tickets at better rates they cancel bookings of people who planned tickets in advance, Also staff behaviour is very bad. Worst bus to book Take upsrtc instead of this bus

Worst service, They show deluxe bus in description but in midnight the driver deboard the passengers and forced us to shift in a poor bus. Neither they refunded the amount nor gave any compensation. I wrote email to owner, but no satisfying resonse from them. They dont reach to the destination, deboard 10 Kms away from the destination.

I would suggest not to use this bus service and the app. As there is no information about the owner and it's history. They have mannerless drivers and bus staff, they change the route as per their comfort, they don't even think about passengers.

Pathetic service and Zero customer delightful intention. Bus breakdown at 05am far aways almost 400 km from destination after travelling for 12 hrs. No backup transport arrangement, no timeline. No refund, no breakfast..not even satisfactory response. The hell never recommend this travel agency
