Very very rude staff....They are hopeless. They don't care about customers. Very rude behaviour. About the app, it's also the worst app as them. It doesn't give any proper information about booking. No ticket is displayed in View Booking option. They copy of booking send to G-mail. Only msg is send to your mobile number without PRN number. PRN number is most important for cancelling the bookings but they don't provide it. Worst app and worst travel service.

"I had an unpleasant experience because the bus/travel service didn’t stop for more than 2 minutes. I only went to the washroom, but the bus left without waiting. This was very embarrassing and inconvenient for me."

Worst experience. I am traveling from Aurangabad to Latur, sleeper Vishwa travels on 5 Oct 2019, 11:15 PM, seat no U5, there was no blanket. Even after repeated complaints to driver and head office Aurangabad, i didn't recieve blanket and worse behaviour of staffs. I would like to suggest, never ever book any tickets from Vishwa

Issue with payment option. am struggling with this app since 1 month where not able see any payment option while booking a ticket,it is showing blank white screen.

One of the very Bad experience of this service don't book tickets for vishwa.. As I book ticket latur to pune i made around 100 calls to travelers but not picked up phone.. Even not got call back from bus driver.. Very poor service.

It is good but the service that we used to get earlier is not the same now, because that service used to differentiate Vishwa from others, but now it is feeling same because I have been travelling in it for the last 8 years

Very poorly designed no trip record kept also not getting current trip details or tickets in web or app if you miss to take snap shot of ticker no way to get the tickets details very pathetic.

Pathetic service, rude staff. Want to give rating less than zero but there is no such option. My recommendation is that one should not travel. 😡🤬
