We are owners of an electric car and we were surprised where you can charge for free everywhere. But finding such places is often problematic. There are charger maps, but the free charging filter doesn't work very well. Somewhere, for example, only AC is free, but DC is paid and the map shows the charger as paid.

We decided to create a new map focused only on charging completely free. We do not want to duplicate most of the data of databases like PlugShare or fDrive, so we deliberately do not place on the map:

paid chargers
chargers conditional on some expenditure, e.g. accommodation
chargers that have paid parking from the start of charging (OK is paid parking after some time).

Owners of Tesla cars will find a button in the app that will send the location of the charger directly to the car's navigation.

Let's create a map of free charging in the Czech Republic together. Add places, edit outdated information, write comments. Together, we will create a tool that will help us save money and enjoy the freedom of electric travel.
