Get constant notifications that my parked vehicles are coming/going, even after I have verified that they are known vehicles. It also identifies the swing set as a pet when the wind blows. I have tried changing sensitivity to low and it still does it. Very annoying to have 100 notifications for no reason.

These cameras are great, mine stay fully charged with the solar function outdoors. Rain and direct sun haven't messed with the quality. These are fine without a subscription but I decided to give it a shot and I'm fairly disappointed with the quality of the features and identification. It registered trash cans as pets and Christmas trees as humans etc. it's ridiculous, and functions fine without it.

The new firmware update fixed the rotation limit issue with calibration but now it messed up where I can't turn off white light when enabled? 4 star is because it has been great overall but please fix this. Only way to turn off white light now is to put cam to sleep then wake it up. Also, is there going to be a dark theme ever in the future? It will be easy on the eyes.

The picture is nice but... It's hard to connect to the network when it's only 30 ft away, the SD card playback doesn't want to work, it doesn't work with Google, there is no listing in the Google home app for "EOOEIES" ( What kind of stupid name is that anyway? )... Remember, you get what you pay for

this is only about the app itself. it works and i would give it probably 5 stars except for the double nag to do pay for the paid version every time i open the app. "Do you want to upgrade?" no, "Upgrade now or keep the free plan" i mean, come on. i may drop another star if the next update continues this nonsense. plenty of other apps and camera options out there.

super easy to set up and it's already stopped 2 attempted thefts with-in the first 10days of setting it up. I only wish I had the ability to add more outdoor and indoor cameras. If you can help with this, im in your debt

I once tried to contact this "company" about an issue with the SD card. I bought a high capacity good quality SD card , inserted it in the camera , applied the option to switch from cloud to SD and nothing. The Customer Disservice rep i contacted basically in other words told me i was asking for too much for what i had paid!! If i buy a piece of gum for five cents i expect it to be gum price has nothing to do with the functions you're "offering".
