The app is good enough, although I had to import the tickets I purchased through the web site, I thought they would be already there after login to the app. Besides that, there is no integration with Google Wallet, which is sad. Every time I want to save the ticket to my Google Wallet, it opens Google Play Store to look for passbook apps, but Google Wallet should be open instead.

Booked tickets and it said payment failed so booked another one then found I had two tickets. Luckily I was able to cancel one. However same happened second time and did not get refund. Customer service could not issue refund but said I had to write a complaint. Very time consuming and just does not work. I suggest use another bus company if there is a choice.

In my case, the two tickets I bought through this app (Madrid-Toledo, Mon 21 Oct 2024, 8pm) were not valid. The bus driver didn't let us in, and we had to buy new tickets for the next bus. I complained to Alsa customer service and they confirmed that there was something wrong. But so far, I got back the money for only one ticket. And, normally, I expected some apology.

This app is not bad, but could be way better. Some portions of the interface are not in English, e-mails are all in Spanish and there's no option to choose English. The app's UI is sometimes buggy and does unexpected things. Other than that, the app is very good. 3 stars because I don't speak that much Spanish and have issues understanding. I have to take screenshots and put them into Google Translate, which is not 100% consistent and inconvenient

I find it quite useful. I travel all the way from Bosnia to Granada quite often, and finding my bus from Malaga to Granada is best using this app. Muchisimas gracias!

Great for booking tickets. Presenting tickets was working but required too much time expanding the image for scanning delaying boarding. The app doesn't retain ticket information across updates, a major flaw so be sure to have a stored copy of your tickets before updating the app.

1. It is impossible to buy a ticket using a credit card issued from South Korea (baed on Android). PayPal also doesn't work in the app. 2. Changing the schedule of a ticket is not possible. Only the webpage works exactly as designed.

This app makes easy ticket purchasing needlessly dificult. Destinations randomly disappear when searching, so you can never add in the places you actually want to go
