I have been trying to access this app for a few days. However, the app keeps crashing. I have tried changing app settings, uninstall reinstall, and reboot. Nothing works. Millions use this app on a regular basis. More investment is needed by the app makers. It's frustrating I have my trip coming up but cannot successfully access this app. Is their a help desk? Or is that asking for too much.

First, I get logged out and have a hard to logging back on. Then on the day of my Rawda visit, the app crashes and doesn't open up again. I updated my phone, installed the app and reinstalled it again to no luck. I tried logging on using someone else's phone and I can't log on. If this app is going to be forced on to visitors, at least have a working app. Luckily, they were able to find my booking using my passport number

The app is not opening since 18 October, 2024. Everytime I open the app, it crashes. Checked with two friends and they confirmed that they are also facing this issue. When we click on app it opens for a fraction of second and then closes. This is not mobile phone specific as different people using different mobile phones and operating systems are facing this issues. As a result, I am unable to get appointment for visiting Riaz ul Jannah.

This application is quite informative and helpful. It provides a wide range of services that can be particularly beneficial for newcomers. Additionally, it offers a digital wallet for local transactions, which is convenient as many services prioritize local cards over international ones. However, one notable drawback of the application is its instability and unpredictability. While it can function smoothly at times, there are instances when it becomes challenging to use.

The original app was good, and this new interface is promising. It's smooth, and there is a lot of information in the palm of your hands. Additionally, it is good to have everything in one place, e.g., past permits, but it's crashing constantly and needs an update.

Holy moly this app is awful. App was working, had my permit, went to rowdah to enter and all of a sudden the app logged me out and wouldn't let me back in. I eventually gave up and tried saying I forgot my password and FINALLY it told me the issue. A new version of the app had just been released and that's why I couldn't get in. I was literally at my rowdah permit time when I updated the app and finally was able to login.

The app doesn't function well. I booked my visit to the Rawdhah. At the time, the app was crashing so I wasn't allowed in. I was told to update the app even though an uodate wasn't available (I use android). Once they put out the update that fixed the bug, my permit to visit the Rawdhah had already expired. The officers working there didn't help me at all, and now I won't be able to visit the Rawdhah for another year. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Nusuk app generally offers good services for Umrah, but its recently launched wallet feature has issues. When I tried to register, the app required a passport scan for KYC, but the scanning repeatedly failed. Being on Umrah in Makkah, I visited the Nusuk Cafe near Jawharat Al Mahaba Hotel at Al Kubari. The receptionist directed me to counter 2, where a staff member only advised calling 1966 without understanding my problem. This experience was disappointing, and it’s clear Nusuk's wallet feature
