App works fine enough to get the 2 stars, but no points or loyalty program and literally the worst coupons on their app. I get a lot of breakfast on the go because of my job and without coupons I literally cannot afford to eat here versus literally everywhere else that sells breakfast food and gives me perks for eating there. Do better A&W. (queue useless replay to my review that dodges all the concerns I have and tells me how great you think you are)

How RIDICULOUS that this app doesn't support in-house use of the offers on it, like McDonald's and Burger King do with theirs. After I had to update it in the parking lot to check offers, then change my password because for some reason it didn't accept the one I previously had, I went through the drive-through only to be told that I either needed a physical coupon from the mail (which we never got) or order and pay with a cc through the app to get the offer, even though I have cash right here.

I used to love this app, til some update a year ago made them lose all accounts they had, they said I had to make a new account. But since then I have yet to successfully make an order. It isn't added my card, and keeps saying error with payment. Had to order in person since. I keep trying again every so often with app, no luck.

There is a very annoying bug where the app crashes and wipes your order out with it. Full hard crash. The app will hard crash when you enter your postal code in the payment details section. If you press the spacebar between the first 3 characters of your postal code, then type the next 2 characters, the app will ot let you enter the 6th and final digit. When you lower the on screen keyboard the app will crash. This probably has to do with the app adding a space automatically and freaking out.

Trying to use the app for fast food. Key word being fast. Forced an update, attempting to force a password change by sending a 6 digit code to email. Nothing coming through. 5 minutes later the code comes through. I try to reset my password. All good, except it wants me to reenter all my other data, and now the name field won't accept ANY name. Nothing. So the app is now unusable for me. The food/ workers are great, the app is terrible.

Experience has gone severely down hill the past couple years. Coupons suck, options for customization suck, and people at the window aren't happy to be asked for the chipotle but there's no option for it on app. Just now, a coupon I'm trying to use won't activate in my cart, saying add more, but the coupon is for a ring with ANY app purchase. It wouldn't active with a double buddy, or an uncle. Makes no sense. I'll go elsewhere today.

edit: feb14 so, 2 months later, my credit card still can't be used, & Google pay as an option has disappeared. I've been using your app since you first came out with one, & the number of times you've managed to break it & make it completely unusable is quite amazing. I guess I won't be going to 'dub' as this is a waste of time dec19 Can't order from the app. Try to pay & it say " oops, something went wrong" No matter what I tried I could not submit the order .

the staff at the restaurant or great. this stupidity is that you go through the drive-thru click on your app click on coupons order the item and then get to the window only be told that it's an online order only so you actually have to cancel out the order and do the online order while you're sitting at the takeout window waiting for traffic to pull up behind you utterly ridiculous this is 20/25. there should be an option to click a button to flip it from a drive-thru to an online order
