Ridiculous to have to download an app and create an account (including a paid subscription) just to have to pay for a toll road that gave no other options for payment. Seems like a perfect set up for another "accidental" data leak. Inexcusable in my opinion and an obvious money grab to exploit people by forgetting to cancel accounts.

I was trying to pay a toll in Illinois and the tapnpay website's FAQs said that you HAVE to create an account in order to pay the tolls. It was very misleading and lead to me creating an account and paying for a membership when it was not needed. I canceled my membership immediately when I realized there were other options and I reached out in order to receive a refund. I also asked them to update their website. Currently waiting for a response. It seems to me like a scam. Big red flags.

The app overall works. Most important that matters is if you are in a new town and need your rental vehicle able to pass all toll roads without tags this is much quicker and convenient. One thing I want to be improved is to have more utility on the app like the card can be used at different places other than just tolling

Neoride is awesome, it helps me pay my tolls and the customer service is superb, they answer questions in a timely manner with constant communication to resolve any questions, the toll is paid once the hwy sends them your plate transaction it may take a day but the toll does get paid

Does not work. Tried cancelling and it wouldnt work. It auto refills from my payment info automatically. Trying to remove and cancel membership is ridiculous. UPDATE: NEORIDE CONTACTED ME, RESOLVED THE ISSUE I WAS HAVING, PROMPTLY CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP AND ISSUED A REFUND. THANK YOU!

It worked fine for some time, but now i am getting fines from good to go because the tag is not working. I reached out to Vado multiple times but there is no response from their end.
