I haven't used the app but I already have a problem with it After putting my name and password and filling the place for nin and other details trying to submit and the app keeps asking for corrections in the password when there's no password on that page I already finished the password stage so what is wrong with it I'm this close to deleting it please fix this problem fast

Good day. Why will the app request for my NIN while booking, and there is no space to type in my NIN It has been doing this for a while now at first I thought it was the app prolly it needed an update but then it's still the same thing. Please can it be fixed cause I can't book myself leaving me with no other option that asking my friend to help me book it and it's annoying. Thank you.

I'm having problems signing up on the mobile app, the error pop up, is not complete and it's describing error In my password which I input all the characters required, but still it's pop up error is wrong and not complete. I'm not impressed, coz I'm unable to use access the app to its fullest.

There isn't an option to cancel a ticket or change seat selection or even the train times. Thus, could help reduce multiple bookings and no show incidences when there are free rides or if a passenger needs to change their travel date

What's the use of an application where you can't sign up? For the past two weeks, sign up has been impossible. This is highly unacceptable as it is such a critical feature for this application. This is too bad. Nigeria has way too many excellent software engineers for this type of horrible experience to be happening. Unfortunately, it is impossible to rate it zero stars. Do better, please. What's the benefit of a beautiful application if new users can't be onboarded?

I have registered and use this app before I wanted to book a ticket and it's telling me I have to verify my phone number and NIN the OTP was not sent to my phone why will you have a service or a system in place if it's not going to work this is really bad why online registration when someone cannot have access to it this should be fixed urgently
