Wanted to pay through the app - it offered me 3 months for $10/M, but when I actually proceeded to pay it shows me AUD $25 (full price). When I checked for payment option through their website, it shows me a monthly subscription of USD $14. But offer terms say "You can cancel anytime by contacting Customer Service". Under no circumstances I'll play hide & seek with Haaretz. Cancellation shall be straightforward, by user themselves and w/o any assistance, and with no more than 5 clicks required.

Scam! I can't cancel my subscription! I just received an email informing me that my subscription will be automatically renewed and the cost has increased. No information on how to cancel.i went on the app, on the website, nowhere have I found a way to cancel and when I tried to contact them, the only means I found was through a chat, and they wanted to charge me 1$ to contact a representative. I am furious!

Love the journalism and hate the app. I want to support Haaretz and pay for the content I consume, but the app is so frustrating to use. When you load an article, you have to close the app and reopen in order to load another. Otherwise it just stays on the loading page. Please look at this and do something to correct it. Thank you

High quality reporting but unfortunately only a mediocre news site experience. There is no option to toggle between the Hebrew and English language unless you purchase 2 different subscriptions and of course pay twice. The articles in English usually show up a day or two after they are published in Hebrew and sometimes they are not published in English at all. The user interface is not intuitive.

The app is fine, works well. Difficult to unsubscribe but so it is with all apps these days. The news in general are more balanced than the other propaganda you can get from Israel, but it is still so slanted that I cannot support this app. On the main page there is pictures of hostages and soldiers killed. But nowhere is there even a count for the tens of thousands of bodies piled in Gaza because of Israel's actions. It feels so wrong to humanize only Israelis and not the Palestinians.

I'm a loyal subscriber and a great supporter of Haaretz's journalism. But the app lets you down. It's slow to load stories, the usability is poor and the design is clumsy. In my opinion it needs a lot of work before it's up to the standard that your writing deserves.

Too many advert barriers online to articles designed to trap you to confirm their request because the option to remove is dim and almost hidden whilst the oposite is clear and inviting. The more impatient and interested you may be to brush this aside quickly the more likely you are to touch the wrong box.....and I want to see news not get caught up in badly timed, irritating invitations to time-wasting invitations.

There used to be free articles on the app when i installed it intake a few years back. Now it's 100% paid content. At least i couldn't find a single article that i can access without subscription. So yes, I'm disappointed.
