No English. Not smart. Extremely slow. Please allow API release for smart hubs and integrate to Google home or Alexa. Update 2020, still no integration. Wasted money on a not so smart expensive dehumidifier i guess.

Show network disconnected in the dehumidifier page as connected successful. The main page shows connected, but the detail control dehumidifier page shows disconnected. It is sucks.

No English!!! Was going to buy the NA-V180HDH washer/driver and the feature I wanted was Wi-fi APP control/notification as the front panel of the washer/dryer are all in Chinese. But guess what? No English within the APP. Going to buy the LG WD ST15TBD as the APP is in English! You would think Panasonic would have enough sense to translate some text to English and make themselves to be International.

No English. it's a shame coming from an international giant like panasonic. very poor APP, much smaller companies have way better APPs. we are in 2022, time to get your acts together and give us a decent APP

Can't even register for their account because it never sends a text message. Can't use without an account.

Please open API for smarthome users. or write an IFTTT at least. and if at all possible more English. Alerts for dehumidifier water full are very persistent.
