This app doesn't seem to be very user friendly. I tried searching for parking and was prompted to turn my location services on to allow it for "Passport" and directed to my location services page. My location services was turned on but I still was prompted for this. Turns out you need to go to your apps page and find "Cincy EZPark" and update the setting there. It still won't recognize my location. Also all markers on the map are not descriptive at all to what they are or mean.

The app designated an incorrect license plate for my car (despite me selecting the correct one) - then wouldn't let me change or cancel the session, and wouldn't let me start a new one either. I had to move my car and pay at a non-EZPark location. I tried to get a refund, as I don't want them to profit from causing that hassle - they told me to call them. But rather than give me their help desk number, they told me to call the local police non-emergency line.

Don't get cheated! Pay at the meter. I parked at Findlay Market. The sign said if you wanted to get your parking validated, you had to use the app to pay. Turns out you get stuck with a "convenience charge" for being forced to use the app. Oh well, I thought, the sign says the code from the vendor I'm shopping at will cover up to $3. Only after getting a code from the vendor, turns out there ISN'T any way to enter it in the app. So I'm out not just the parking fee but also the "convenience fee".

The older version of the app was good. I don't know when this got updated since I haven't used the app in about 5 weeks, but now there are lots of very annoying things about the app. 1) asking for GPS access & trying to locate parking. I am standing in front of the meter. I don't need to use GPS. 2) it swallows time. Not an accurate time keeper. 3) the UI SUCKS big time. Even on my 5.5" Pixel screen, numbers are cut off partially. Who is the nutcase who's doing testing on this app? Jesus...

Really terrible experience. I managed to add the car and payment method without any major issues although they were kind of hidden. Not sure why that's not recommended the first time you open the app. Then we try to park and the zone doesn't work, it doesn't come up when we type it in. And forget about the gps feature. This needs a lot of work.

I have used this three times on Madison. I have never been able to successfully use it to add time to a meter. There are always two four digit numbers on the meters, one official looking one, and one written in marker. Today I added money to both, with no luck. I finally just shoved in a bunch of dimes and nickels I luckily had. Their in app support is just a faq, terms and conditions, and a privacy policy. After searching in the Internet, I cannot find a way to contact them.

NOT the easiest way to park. I used it today in Hyde Square and when I came back to my car there was a TICKET ON THE WINDSHEILD. Checked the app and I had 8 min. 30 sec. remaining on my parking space. THEY CLAIM that the officers have hand held devices they use to check to the cloud to see if the person used EZPARK. Either this is NOT TRUE or THE ONLINE FUNCTIONS IS NOT ALWAYS WORKING or NOT ALL THE OFFICERS ARE APPROPRIATELY TRAINED or ARE INCAPABLE of using the electronic tool. Called the number on the ticket immediately, because I naively thought I could get them to check over the internet that we had, in fact paid and get the ticket dismissed. Took 20 mins. to get anyone on the phone and THEN I was told I would have to go online to fix this. Online it indicates that for disputes besides broken meters you need to call it in. THIS WOULD BE THE EASIEST WAY TO PARK IF ONLINE CHECKING SYSTEM WORKED FOR THE OFFICERS AND THE OFFICERS ARE FULLY TRAINED TO USE IT.

The app gives no choice to register as an employee of a business within a parking zone. When I park here I'm at work. To have to refresh my parking every two hours is ridiculous. The pricing is a rip off. Then most of the time my parking will run out and it says I can't renew because there is a restriction at this time. But I'm at work. I cannot just leave to go move my car. The business I manage is a major contributor to your income in this area and in return your nothing but a pain.
