The new update is bad. We use a tablet to check in our guests. Why do we have to slide 2x to finally check people in??! the field of vision is not helpful for selling tickets & checking people in. The refresh for a sale is very slow,&we are over selling tours. We dumped the app &re installed. We use Peek w/ desktop+ two tablets. They used to work fairly well together in that sales were updated quickly. That is no longer the case. I can't write more due to character limit. Fare Harbor is calling

Most frustrating app ever! Everything is counterintuitive and organized in unnecessary complicated way. New update made it worse and on top of that didn't let me log in for some reason. Took me 3 days to get to tech support. They were nice and helped, but for for 3 days my boss had to sent me the manifest and all the info directly.

The new update has made the android experience genuinely awful. I couldn't care less about seeing every single booking that is made for my business, seeing the weeks schedule is what is important to me and having to tell it to do more than one day every single time I look at it is beyond annoying. Also, incorporate a dang refresh button, its so silly having to close the app to get an accurate representation of what my bookings are like.

New update is awful 😖 The font is too big, can't see the guests names, you can no longer customize font size. There are no details regarding the guests anymore. You can only see a week at a time and trying to change the dates is a complete pain in the .... PLEASE revise or bring back the last version which was informative, user friendly and Awesome. This one really, really, REALLY SUCKS. Please pardon my French.

Absolutely horrible booking app. Nothing is straight forward and organized on the backend of the program in a way that makes any sense, customer support is ATROCIOUS and pretty much doesn't even respond to you when you reach out. If you want your whole booking system to be overly and unnecessarily complicated, this is the program to use. BOO PEEK "PRO"

Worst app UX ever!!! The experience on the website is great. On the Android app is just awful. Information on the UI is all cramped and difficult to see. The side menu moves toward the main many and makes it nearly impossible to see the info you're trying to see. Then the app crashes when trying to access other tabs from the menu. Now imagine all this when you're with clients. Awful! I heard the app works great on iPhones, tho.

App is currently broken. You can't access any menu options on the left anymore. I have no way of managing our account from the app. *edit to add that this app is still completely broken weeks after initially reporting it. Fareharbor is looking pretty good right now. You're wasting our time and money currently. Get it fixed.

Still lacking in the Android department. Note that Peek does NOT provide the option to sign a waiver onsite for Android users. If you are an Android user I would look into other options as this will cripple your business process and system checkout. The support team is very helpful and will let you know that the Android Kiosk option will NOT be available anytime soon. Additionally, the system will only let you put one email address in for a waiver AND some customers don't have an email address. I wish I had researched the waiver possibilities before selecting PP.
