Every time I try to click Help in the app, it goes to Access Denied. It is really annoying and should not be happening. I cannot even do simple things like check balance, top up. I never had this trouble with the Post Office Travel Card app!

Have had this card for about 10 years. We spend about 6 months a year abroad, and it has never let me down. Easy to transfer money to and use abroad. Thoroughly recommended.

Terrible! Have tried to top up the account on several occasions, won't save card details so have to enter them again each time. By the time I've approved the transaction in my bank account and gone back, the transaction has vanished so have to start all over again! It did kind of work once however, but said there'd been an error. So I tried twice more, same error message. I later found I'd inadvertently funded it three times!!

Absolutely terrible. Great concept but exceptionally bad in practice. Loaded card with Croatian Kuna in the UK before i left and all worked fine and I could see balance and transaction details. When i arrived in Croatia it worked as normal for the first day, from that point on, it crashed everytime. Completely useless. Fyi....im using a samsung note 9 device.

Awful app- The app is forever crashing when I try to access it, I have uninstalled and reinstalled countless times to see if it helps. Having to constantly reset passwords, username ect- for it then to tell me it's still wrong. Very difficult to access money. I have some left I want to withdraw and get rid of this card for good. I recommend getting a monzo and using that as your holiday money card. Far easier!

Set up the app up on my tablet, including adding a pin number, plus debit card details for top ups. Then put the app on my phone, and had to enter a new pin number (rather than use the one I'd just set up) and also found the debit card details were not there. They're on the tablet (just checked) but not on the phone. It's as if it hasn't got the sense to link things together. It can't be difficult, or even a security issue, cos none of my bank apps behave like this. Poor customer experience.

Don't get a TUI travel card. Topping them up is impossible. My bank required authorisation via banking app which I've done for years (completely issue-free), and the tui app doesn't seem to be able to get the authorisation from the app once I've done it. Just says "the top up has failed" with no explanation why. About as much use as a chocolate teapot.

Never had any issues with the app. Been using it for years with no issues.
